Apple and feta cheese salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 400 g feta cheese
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 50 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • Rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. hazelnuts or walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spicy meets sweet, sophisticated combination

Chop the apples, feta, and onions and mix. Fold in the washed and torn lamb’s lettuce. Make a vinaigrette with honey, oils, lemon juice, and the garlic clove and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle with rosemary and spices, along with hazelnuts or walnuts, if desired.
