Apple and nut cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g nuts, ground
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • ½ jar apple puree or 2 large apples, grated
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add the nuts, chocolate sprinkles, and apple puree and beat well again. Sift the flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour into a 26cm cake tin (you can also use a loaf tin) and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 60 minutes.
