Apple and oat microwave mug cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tsp, heaped flour
  • 7 tsp carbonated mineral water
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ apple
  • 3 tsp oat flakes
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp sugar or vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

vegan, quick, easy, for a little cake craving in between

Chop a quarter of an apple into small pieces or puree it. Combine all ingredients in two cups or a small bowl and mix. Microwave at 600 watts for about 2.5 minutes. Let cool briefly and enjoy. Tip: This recipe can be varied to your liking by using raisins, various nuts, or a pear or other fruit instead of the apple.
