Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g margarine, soft
  • 100 g cashew nuts, chopped

This recipe yields approximately 40 cookies. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients one at a time and knead everything into a dough using a dough hook or by hand. Form the dough into two 4 cm thick logs. Freeze for approximately 30 minutes. Cut the logs into 4 mm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the center of a preheated oven for approximately 12 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. If cashews are unavailable, any other nuts can be used.
