Apple and pear salad with coconut, almond and currant topping

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large apple
  • 1 large pear(s)
  • some lime or lemon juice
  • some agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp currants
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes or chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 80 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, core, and dice the apple and pear. Season with citrus juice and agave syrup. Place on a plate. Sprinkle with currants, almonds, and desiccated coconut. Whip the cream until stiff and garnish the salad.
