Apple and plum cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 350 g flour
  • Fat, for the tray
  • 500 g plum(s)
  • 500 g apples
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla or almond flavor
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 g almond flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Dough: Beat eggs with sugar and salt until frothy, then stir in room-temperature butter. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and stir in. Grease a baking sheet and spread the batter on top. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for approx. 25-30 minutes. Topping: Mix the custard powder with the sugar and a little milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and add the custard powder mixture while stirring. Boil for 1 minute, let cool slightly, then spread over the batter. Wash the apples, halve them, and remove the cores. Cut the apples into wedges. Rinse the plums, halve them, and pit them. Arrange the fruit diagonally on the topping in the shape of roof tiles. Crumble: Knead the flour, sugar, and butter into crumbs. Sprinkle the cake with flaked almonds. Bake for a further 15 minutes. Tip: If using almond pudding, you can also refine it with 1 tablespoon of Amaretto.
