Colorful Oven Vegetables

The perfect colorful oven vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potato
  • 2 Pc. Red peppers
  • 2 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 bunch Fresh radishes
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 200 g Beans
  • 1 bunch Carrots
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  1. Clean and peel the vegetables. Then everything is diced and placed in a large baking dish or tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
  2. First cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes and then pour approx. 500ml of water over them. (I always do it by feeling) Stir again and again so that the top layer does not dry out in the oven.
