Ingredients
 

  • 400 gr Potatoes
  • 0,25 pod Paprika
  • 1 Apple Braeburn
  • 2 Boiled and salted eggs
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 4 Gherkins pickles
  • 100 ml Cucumber water
  • Pepper, salt, vinegar
  • Some parsley
  • Spites
  • 500 g Pork back
  • 1 Onion
  • Paprika
  • Rose paprika, salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes in their skins, peel them lukewarm for about 20 minutes.
  • Cut the pepper and apple into small pieces. Slice the gherkins. Cut the eggs into small pieces
  • Mix mayo and all other ingredients.
  • Cut the well cooled potatoes into small cubes and mix with the sauce.
  • Cut the meat into cubes and stick alternately with peppers and onions on skewers and season
  • We cooked them on the grill, but also delicious in the pan in the weather.
