Apple and Sheep Cheese Packets with Herbs
The perfect apple and sheep cheese packets with herbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Apples
- Lemon juice
- 3 Branches Fresh thyme
- 1 branch Rosemary fresh
- 2 tbsp Liquid butter
- Sheep cheese or goat cheese as desired
- 3 tbsp Honey liquid
- Wash or peel apples. cut out the cores with a cutter. Cut the apples into slices, drizzle with lemon juice .. Pluck the thyme leaves, strip off the rosemary needles, chop both finely.
- 4 Brush pieces of aluminum foil with butter. Place 2-3 apple slices on top. Spread the sheep’s cheese in pieces on top, sprinkle with the herbs and drizzle with honey and remaining butter. Fold the packet over the cheese and close tightly. Cook the cheese packets on the grill for about 15 minutes
