Healthy Soup
The perfect healthy soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 250 g Chinese cabbage fresh
- 1 liter Water
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Vegeta spice
- 0,5 teaspoon Curry Anapurna (mild)
- 0,25 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 4 piece Protein
- Cut the Chinese cabbage and pumpkin into small pieces and cook in a saucepan with the water for about 20 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and puree with a blender. Bring to the boil again briefly and season with slz and pepper. Can be served with some finely chopped basil. It is very tasty and helps to lose weight in a healthy way. If you are too little you can also eat a slice of bread with it.
