Apple and tomato bruschetta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ apple, sour
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices of baguette

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Core and peel the apple, and cut into small cubes. Quarter the tomato and remove the stem. Core and dice the tomato. Mix the tomato cubes with the oil and oregano into the apple cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Briefly toast the baguette in the toaster or on the stovetop. Top with the apple and tomato mixture.
