Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g corn flour
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 3 apples, diced
  • 3 banana(s), diced
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 50 g hazelnuts, in flakes
  • 30 g cinnamon sugar
  • Margarine, for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs, for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine corn flour with sugar, hazelnuts, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Add the eggs and butter and mix everything into a crumbly batter. Drizzle the apples and bananas with lemon juice and mix into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased and breadcrumb-coated baking dish and press down lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with hazelnut flakes and cinnamon sugar to serve.
