Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • lots of oil
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Armenian pastries, fried in a pan, are very quick

Mix the eggs, yogurt, flour, and baking powder together until a thick batter forms. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the batter a teaspoon at a time. Then drain immediately on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
