Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-large apples, ripe
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 ml oil
- 180 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 g cinnamon powder
- possibly paper cups

juicy and not too sweet, makes about 15 pieces
Peel the banana and apples, cut them into small pieces, and set them aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin with paper baking cups or use silicone baking cups. Combine the oil, egg, milk, and sugar in a bowl. Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir until a smooth batter forms. Now fold in the apple and banana pieces with a tablespoon. Pour the batter into the baking cups and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. I made enough batter for 15 silicone baking cups, each with 2 tablespoons of batter.
