Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • 500 g apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the apples, and mix well to form a batter. Peel, clean, and dice the apples. Stir the diced apples into the batter. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the batter. Smooth the batter evenly. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) using top/bottom heat. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
