Apple Bread

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Apple fresh
  • 350 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Some cinnamon
  • 75 g Liquid butter
  • 200 ml Warm water

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour with the baking powder, yeast, salt, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the butter with the water to the flour and stir with the electric dough hook for 5 minutes until the dough loosens from the edge of the bowl.
  • Peel the apples, remove the core and roughly grate, stir in. Grease the loaf pan and fill it with the dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 30 minutes until the volume has doubled. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake the bread on the second rack from the bottom for about 30 minutes. Let the Etewas cool, turn them out of the tin and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
