Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 125 g butter, cold
- 100 g sugar

- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 pieces of apples, sour

- 3 tbsp flour
- 150 g sour cream
- 60 g butter
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 50 g flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 70 g ground walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Dough: Knead the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and let rest for 30 minutes. Topping: Meanwhile, peel the apples and slice them. Combine the egg, sugar, flour, and sour cream with the apples. Mix the remaining ingredients into a crumble. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Roll out the dough in a springform pan. Pour the apple mixture on top. Spread the crumble on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
