Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar, brown
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 2 apples
- salt and pepper
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown. Core the apples and thinly slice them. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Arrange the apples on plates. Sprinkle with the spring onions and coriander. Mix together the lemon juice, oil, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper and drizzle over the apples.
