Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g butter, melted
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 5 apples
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix butter, flour, sugar, milk, and eggs into a smooth batter. Cut the apples into small pieces and place them in the baking dish. Pour the batter over the apples and bake at 200°C for approximately 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
