delicious ice cream for the winter season

Wash the apple and cut it into cubes, including the peel. Place these in the freezer overnight. Let them thaw briefly the next day. Then slowly puree one teaspoon of cinnamon with two teaspoons of sugar and the milk. Once the apple cubes are completely chopped, the mixture should have taken on a firmer consistency. Place the mixture back in the freezer for 10 minutes. In the meantime, whip the cream with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and one teaspoon of sugar until stiff peaks form. Take the apple mixture out of the freezer and fold in the cream. If the resulting mousse is too runny for you, put it in the ice cream maker or the freezer and stir well every 15 minutes! You can also prepare the apples from scratch and then put everything in the ice cream maker. Using the freezer is not possible here, as the ice cream needs to be stirred every 15 minutes.
