Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 g sugar
- 200 g yogurt (vanilla) or vanilla pudding
- 80 ml oil
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 2 apples, sour
- 2 pinch(s) cinnamon

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
For 12 muffins
Whisk the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until frothy. Add the oil and yogurt/custard. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir into the egg mixture. Peel the apples, cut them into eighths, and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the batter. Place paper baking cups in the muffin tin and fill them three-quarters full with batter. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
