Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml apple juice
  • 125 ml yogurt
  • 2 apples
  • Cinnamon and sugar
  • Butter, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add cinnamon. Melt butter in another bowl. Whisk egg, then slowly pour in yogurt and apple juice. Quickly stir everything into the flour mixture. Peel and chop apples and fold into the batter. Line the muffin tin with paper baking cups. Pour batter into the muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Brush with a little melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
