Apple cinnamon muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Soak the raisins in apple juice the day before. Combine all dry ingredients. Stir in the milk and eggs, then fold in the raisins. Finely dice or coarsely grate the apple and fold into the batter. Divide the batter among 12 muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
