Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g starch flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Then add the sliced ​​apples and mix well again. Pour the batter into the pre-greased muffin tins or place paper rosettes in the holes and then pour in the batter. This saves time and prevents sticking! Bake the muffins at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and you’re done!
