Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 2 apples
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 50 g starch flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Then add the sliced apples and mix well again. Pour the batter into the pre-greased muffin tins or place paper rosettes in the holes and then pour in the batter. This saves time and prevents sticking! Bake the muffins at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and you’re done!
