Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 65 g semolina
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 apple
- e.g. cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Semolina porridge with apple
Heat the milk in a saucepan and stir in the semolina. Add the vanilla sugar and sugar and simmer over low heat. Peel, quarter, core, and finely slice the apple. Add the apple pieces to the semolina mixture when it begins to thicken and cook until thickened. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
