Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 apple, green
- ½ banana(s), ripe
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
- 300 ml apple juice

Wash the apple, core it, and cut it into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Wash the spinach, drain it, and chop it. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Now chop the pitted dates. Place all ingredients in the blender and add the cinnamon powder and nutmeg. Finally, top up with apple juice and blend to the desired consistency.
