Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 50 g muesli
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 100 g nuts (pecans)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sift the flour and baking powder and mix well. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Roughly chop the pecans and set aside. In a second bowl, cream the butter, salt, and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and beat well with the butter mixture. Fold in the flour mixture and carefully add the oats, granola, apple pieces, and chopped nuts. Using a teaspoon, scoop out small heaps of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. When the cookies are done, place them on a wire rack and let cool completely. Tip: If you like, you can replace the pecans with walnuts.
