Apple Crumble

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized apples
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 50 g raisins
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp flour (whole wheat)
  • 200 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Apple casserole

Wash the apples thoroughly, core them, and dice them finely or coarsely grate them. Soak the raisins in hot water for 5 minutes. Mix the apples with lemon juice, half of the honey, and the well-drained raisins and place in a baking dish. Mix the flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, salt, and the remaining honey with the oil to form a crumble. Sprinkle this crumble on top of the apples. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
