Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 apple
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 40 g butter
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Almond sticks, optional

quick and tasty
Peel the apple, remove the core, and dice it. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and knead together, adding almonds or other ingredients to taste. Place the apples in two small microwave-safe bowls or cups and crumble the batter over them. You can also prepare it in just one larger bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Caution: It will be hot; let cool briefly before serving!
