sweet version of Thai summer rolls, vegan

Soak the rice papers individually in cold water for about 3 minutes. I always place the rice papers in a pan filled with water. Meanwhile, cut the banana into thirds and slice lengthwise down the middle. Place 1 teaspoon of grated chocolate into the opening of each banana piece and heat briefly in the microwave. While the rice papers are in the water and the banana is in the microwave, prepare the sauce. Mix together the coconut flour and milk. The amount of ingredients can vary depending on your desired consistency. Season the sauce with vanilla sugar or vanilla paste to taste. Place each banana piece on a rice paper and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of desiccated coconut over each. Then wrap each banana piece individually in a rice paper. Tips: The finished summer rolls can be decorated with coconut and chocolate shavings and strawberries. They also taste great with toasted walnut pieces.
