Apple crumble with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 500 g apples
  • 100 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • some fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Peel and quarter the apples. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the crumble ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms. Then, knead the dough into crumbles and set aside on a plate. For the cake batter, mix the remaining ingredients in the bowl until a batter forms and spread it into a greased springform pan. Press the apple pieces into the batter in a circle, leaving some space between them, along the length of the springform pan, and then cover the entire surface with the crumbles. Bake the cake in the springform pan for 60 minutes on the oven rack on the lowest shelf in the preheated oven. 1 portion = whole cake. 1 portion = 33.74 BU. 1 slice (1/12 cake) = 2.81 BU.
