Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g mayonnaise (also light)
- 1 m.-sized apple
- ½ m.-sized vegetable onion(s)
- 3 tbsp condensed milk, alternatively regular milk
- 10 drops of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dip for fondue or grilling
Pour the mayonnaise into a mixing bowl. Peel, core, and grate the apple, and stir it into the mayonnaise. Dice the onion and stir it in. Then add the condensed milk, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and sugar. Mix everything well, then refrigerate and let it sit for at least 2 hours. The longer the dip sits, the more delicious it tastes.
