  • 2 apples, coarsely grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes or flour
  • 1 tsp rum
  • n. B. sugar
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sweet snack for one person

Drizzle grated apples with rum and add sugar, if desired. Whisk the egg with the oatmeal, then stir in the apples. Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a pan, add the batter, and spread it evenly. When the edges are browned, flip the pancake and cook on the second side. It tastes great with apple compote or processed cheese, and it’s also perfect for flambéing.
