Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the peppers and place them in a large bowl. Crush the garlic cloves and add them. Mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the contents of the bowl on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes. For grilling, pack the vegetables in small aluminum foil packets.
