  • 250 ml wheat beer (Hefeweizen)
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs

Mix the eggs, sugar, and wheat beer together, adding enough flour to make a thick batter. Wash and peel the apples, core them, and slice them into rings. Coat the apple rings in the batter and fry in a deep fryer or pan with plenty of oil until golden brown. Drain and serve sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
