Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • some sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Milk soup with pear pieces and flour lumps – is certainly also a children’s meal

Peel and core the pear, and cut it into small pieces. Boil the milk with the pear pieces. Add a little salt and sugar—but not too much. Meanwhile, whisk the egg with the flour and water until lumps form. Then, place a teaspoon of the egg-flour mixture into the boiling milk and slowly drop it into the boiling milk (this will prevent the lumps from becoming so large). Cook the soup with the lumps so that the pear pieces and flour lumps can cook. The soup is ready.
