Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 1 jar mayonnaise (200g)
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped, marinated in olive oil
- 1 shot of white port wine
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel, core, and finely dice the apple. Roughly chop the Gorgonzola over it. Mix with mayonnaise, garlic, port wine, and a pinch of sugar until smooth. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
