Apple Gorgonzola Dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 1 jar mayonnaise (200g)
  • 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped, marinated in olive oil
  • 1 shot of white port wine
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel, core, and finely dice the apple. Roughly chop the Gorgonzola over it. Mix with mayonnaise, garlic, port wine, and a pinch of sugar until smooth. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
