Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter apple juice, naturally cloudy, organic
  • 1 lime(s)
  • ½ kg gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

for those in a hurry

Squeeze the lime and combine the juice with the apple juice and preserving sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. From this point, boil gently for 4 minutes. Check the setting, several times if necessary. Skim the jelly, if necessary, and immediately pour into twist-off jars, seal, and leave on the lid for about 10 minutes. Then turn it upside down and do not stir until it has completely set.
