Apple Jelly with Orange and Cloves

- 800 ml Apple juice naturally cloudy, freshly squeezed
- 50 g Ginger
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 10 piece Cloves
- 450 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Peel off the peel from the oranges with a zest and cut into small pieces.
- Peel the ginger and grate finely.
- Put everything in a saucepan and stir, let steep for an hour. Then bring to the boil and cook for a good 4 minutes. Make a gelling test and then fill into prepared twist-off jars. Put the lid on and stand on the lid, let it draw vacuum, then turn it over and let it cool.
- !!!!!! When filling, make sure that there are the same number of cloves in each glass.
- 5th mass makes 4 glasses of 220 ml each
