Mushroom Vegetables
The perfect mushroom vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 2 small Onions
- 75 g Streaky bacon
- 20 g Branded butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- Clean the mushrooms with a brush (please do not wash) and then quarter. Cut the bacon into small blocks and first halve the onions and then slice them.
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bacon blocks until translucent. Add the onions and when they start to take on color, add the mushrooms.
- Fry over medium heat, turning occasionally, until everything has an appetizing color, which can take about 5 minutes. Only now season with pepper and salt, mix again and serve.
- I served my mushroom vegetables today with rice and a gyros sliced meat from the frozen food store.
