Apple – Kiwi – Jam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 large apples
  • 10 kiwis
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 500 g gelling sugar
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the apples and kiwis and cut into small pieces. Place everything in a saucepan and drizzle with the juice of one lemon. Add the honey, cinnamon, and preserving sugar and mix thoroughly. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and stir continuously. Add the juice of the second lemon and continue stirring. After 20-25 minutes, when it has turned light brown or darkened, the jam is ready. Transfer to jars and seal tightly.
