Apple – leek – crab salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar
  • Sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 1 bowl of crab

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Starter or party salad

Remove the dark leaves from the leek and slice into very fine rings (if you have an intolerance, blanch briefly and then rinse). Coarsely grate the unpeeled apple. Place both in a bowl. Drain the prawns and add them. Add the lemon juice and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Finally, sprinkle the sunflower seeds over the top.
