Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- ½ tsp sugar
- pepper
- ¼ cup vinegar (wine vinegar), milder
- ⅛ liter olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
First, mix the first five ingredients (except the olive oil) until the sugar has dissolved. Now stir in the olive oil in a thin stream. Pour a large amount into a screw-top jar and use gradually. It will keep for four weeks if refrigerated.
