Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 apple, sweet (e.g. Jona Gold)
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter the apple and remove the core. Thread the apple quarters onto wooden skewers. Heat the sugar in a pan and caramelize until golden yellow. Dip the apple quarters into the sugar mixture. Let cool and serve.
