Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of gelling sugar (1:1)
  • 600 g apples
  • 400 g mango(s)
  • Vanilla sugar or cinnamon

Peel, core, and puree the apples and mangoes. Weigh out 1 kg and place it in a large saucepan with the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Test for settling: Place a few drops of jam on a cold plate. If it sets, it’s ready to serve; otherwise, continue cooking. Fill jars with hot, rinsed jars to the brim, screw on the lids, and turn upside down until the jars are lukewarm.
