Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 200 g margarine
  • 250 g quark
  • 6 apples
  • e.g. raisins
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes 12 pieces

Knead the flour, baking powder, salt, margarine, and quark into a dough, then chill. Dice the apples and sauté them with a little cinnamon and sugar, and raisins if desired. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out approximately 8 cm squares with a rolling pin, spread the cooled apple pieces on one half, then top each with another square, pressing the edges firmly to seal. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
