Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 110 g sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 medium-sized apples, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cookies made according to a muffin recipe, for 12 pieces

Mix all ingredients one by one until a creamy batter forms. Divide the batter into 12 portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes.
