Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cups flour, sifted
- 125 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup apple, grated
- 1 cup carrot(s), grated
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Whisk together flour, eggs, and buttermilk until a smooth batter forms that easily falls off a spoon. Carefully fold in the apples and carrots. Pour batter into greased muffin cups and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
