Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 nectarines
- 1 apple (organic)
- 250 ml carrot juice
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil

Enjoy for two, with carrot juice and quark
Wash the fruit and dry it. Peel the apple if you like—but it’s not necessary—and use an apple chopper to slice it into smaller pieces. Chop the nectarines even smaller. Halve the nectarines, remove the core, and roughly dice the flesh. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into two attractive glasses and serve immediately, chilled.
