Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s), organic, with peel
  • 1 organic lemon(s), with edible peel
  • 1 handful of peppermint leaves
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 400 ml carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the cucumber into eighths. Quarter the organic lemon, including the edible peel, and remove the seeds if necessary. Place both in a blender and fill with the mineral water. Add the peppermint and basil leaves and blend everything on high until smooth. Tip: Use a slightly green lemon.
